Why there is no single price

A two-button bot and a bot with payments, state and an admin panel are different amounts of work. The price depends on four things:

How many integrations (CRM, spreadsheets, payments, calendar)
Whether the bot keeps the state of the dialogue
Whether it takes payments
Whether an admin panel is needed

Typically that is €200–€800 for the build. Running it is the same €10–€40/mo subscription, with no separate bill for a server.

A bot without monitoring dies quietly

A bot is a process behind a webhook. When it falls over, Telegram shows the user no error at all: the bot simply stops replying. You find out from a client who “wrote and got no answer”. That is why monitoring matters more for a bot than for a site.

What a bot will not do

It will not replace a CRM: it writes into one, it is not one.
It will not replace a call centre: hard objections still need a person.
It will not do unlimited mass messaging. Telegram has limits, and getting around them leads to a ban.

Common questions

Does a bot need its own server?

No. The bot runs on the same €10–€40 a month subscription, and there will be no separate bill for a server. That is one of the reasons bots here cost less than the market rate: the infrastructure already exists.

Can a bot be connected to an existing site?

Yes, if the site has a form that can send data to an API. That is standard work, a few hours. If there is no form, it has to be added first.

How much does a bot cost?

Usually €200–€800 for the build, depending on the number of integrations, whether the bot keeps the state of the dialogue, whether it takes payments and whether an admin panel is needed. We give an exact figure after a short brief, and the review is free.

Will it be my own bot or a shared one?

By default leads go through the platform’s shared bot: setup is instant and your chat is linked by chat ID. If you need your own @handle and branding, we build a separate bot with its own token.

How fast does a lead reach Telegram?

A few seconds: the form sends the data to the API, where it is checked and stored, then a queue delivers the message to Telegram. A delay is only noticeable if Telegram itself is down.
